Our eco-ethical, chef-approved organic cotton canvas aprons are being hand block printed and sewn by a group of artisans in Jaipur, India. We employ ethical, green practices that are kind to workers and the environment.

Our aprons have an adjustable neck strap and generous waist ties so that you can tie at the back or at the front. We have also added two pockets to hold your favorite kitchen gadgets.

Your apron purchase supports the efforts of the Freshwater Mollusk Conservation Society (FMCS), and organization dedicated to the conservation of and advocacy for freshwater mollusks. North American freshwater mollusks serve vital functions in freshwater ecosystems and many species are commercially important. Unfortunately, freshwater mollusks are the most imperiled group of animals in America, and many populations are disappearing at an alarming rate. Learn more about how FMCS is helping to save the small but essential mollusk.
