Free and Easy Returns
For purchases over $150, we offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority, depending upon the size of the package. One should expect the shipping to take 3-7 days. If you would like to speed up your Beastly shipment, you can choose and pay for a faster shipment option at purchase.
From the time your package leaves Beastly Threads until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with USPS. Missing packages claims must be filed with USPS by the customer. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS, packages become the customer's responsibility. Beastly Threads cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.
We absolutely want you to love your Beastly! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your clean, unused textile to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Just email us at torrey@beastlythreads.com and we will mail you a return label.
