Purple Bison Infinity Scarf

$5 to Wildlife + Free Shipping

This beautiful organic cotton infinity scarf was hand block printed by talented artisans in Jaipur, India using nontoxic dyes. It was then sewn by two amazing women in Santiago, Chile. We employ ethical, green practices that are kind to workers and the environment.

Your infinity scarf purchase will support the efforts of the Western Watersheds Project, a leading advocacy, policy, and education organization focusing on, among other issues, protecting bison populations and habitat in the American West.  Plains Bison (Bison bison) are a keystone species ~ their distinctive grazing, wallowing and horning behavior creates important habitat for many species, including imperiled sage-grouse. Unfortunately, like many native wildlife species, the bison has been pushed to the brink of extinction and held there by competing commercial interests. Once numbering 50 million strong, there were fewer than 25 wild bison remaining in the remote interior of Yellowstone National Park at the turn of the 20th Century. WWP fights for the survival of the current Yellowstone population of 2000-5000 bison. Read more about Bison.
